Good Morning TurkRevair,

This is a known issue with champion select - a similar issue occurs with ward skins. We're actively working to resolve this and you should see a fix with Patch 6.2.

So far this has been the case for 3/3 of my games with Darius Forge Chroma Pack. Have you by chance seen any games wherein it has worked? Darius item 2050

Yes! I've seen it in several games.

I've found a not-so-great, but it works workaround for chroma pack selection. I use the Nami chroma pack frequently and I've found that moving to another skin card and then moving back to the chroma pack and selecting the one I want to use ensures I'm loading in game with the correct chroma.

Give this a try and let me know if you're having issues still!

Wow that's fair enough paying for it and not able to use this PATCH . seems legit ? how can u say that ur going to fix that next patch , that's so so bad customer service .

I'm sorry you feel that way. This is something we communicated when the patch first went out, and we knew both chromas and ward skins in champion select were something that wouldn't be available in the new champion select for one patch (still worked in other queues). That said, the new patch is coming out shortly, and this issue will be resolved.

Don't listen to that jagaloon. You have great customer service and have the most presence here on the boards. People enjoy holding pitchforks and torches in this community and it is really, really sad. Keep up the great work!

same I haven't even seen a butten for it they prob haven't added them in yet.. riot failing with this new champ select that takes 20mins to do

Also I have seen some summoners with the chroma packs enabled in game and wondered if it was just some clients with this bug.

I found, if you go into a Custom or Co-op vs AI and do the whole chorma select there, you're next normal game should load that chroma you chose

I've noticed it doesn't let me choose the chroma skin but if i already had used it and its default it wont let me switch to have a differnernt one or no skin

So i bought the vayne chroma pack today (it's already patch 6.2) but i still can't select a chroma pack the colours are there already but i can't click on it. If i click on it it doesn't select it and it just stays the normal dragonslayer

I tried to use the blitz chrome pack it won't work. I was wondering if Im not doing it right. Can u guys help me and tell me the proper way to use it?

One more thing I was wondering if u guys can make a chrome pack for frost ezeral. I would buy it right away. I love playing ezeral he's my favorite champion.

Same here i use the dreadknight Nasus chroma pack and i wanted to select frostbite because my friends and i had a color scheme of white and blue(freljord champs and snow day sivir) but i couldn't select it, i get in game i have blight making nasus green...Next game i get the same thing but instead this time i can't select a color at all and i load in with just normal dreadknight nasus.this has been happening over and over since about two weeks ago when i played nasus and every day i played at least one to check if it was fixed. Braum Braum does not approve of failed patch up.
