Riot please answer. Seriously, where is the bug fix for Shaco's Thunderlord Bug? Two direct nerfs and can't even proc Thunderlord without 5 hits. Smh. It's bad enough that he's terrible as an AP champ now but the thunderlord proc is essential to his kit. Pinkward's video explains it clear as day.
