special RADS error

I play league of legends on my Verizon iphone hotspot. When i plug my iphone to the computer and click on league of legends and i forget to disconnect my slow satellite internet i will realize this and swap it, but in doing this after i either restart the client or start the loading screen after champion select I will always get RADS error until i turn off and back on my phone.... the problem can be avoided but rather annoying when it happens.
