ARAM TIMER WRONG

I've been playing ARAM recently just for fun and since the newest update, the timer for "Choose your loadout" is wrong. The game starts when there's around 10 sec left on the timer and this obviously raises issues with theory crafting new runes. Has anyone else experienced this? I'd love to know [sg-kiko]
