Two glitches: One with messaging [CLIENT] and one with spectate mode [GAMEPLAY]?

The first bug is relation to in client messaging - when you log on and hit "send message" for the first time after logging on, the sound for receiving a message will play. I haven't found this to occur any other time like opening a second conversation, but for the very first friend you hit "send message" on it is a 100% occurrence.

Second bug is one that has been occurring for a very long time now, I mentioned it back in the reddit 5.19 Megathread for bugs but it isn't exactly a big deal so other than a couple upvotes I don't believe it got any attention. For a select few champions, their passives are unable to be viewed in spectate mode. It will simply say "BadDesc" in place of a passive description, but it will display the passive's name. I have not found every champion this occurs on but I do know it occurs on both Kalista and Tahm Kench 100% of the time when attempting to view their passives in spectate mode.
