Armor and Magic Resist Bug?
Hello. I have played every role and like to frequently alternate between them. Most recently, I've gotten back into tanking. Here's the issue though:
I've had a game where I had over 200 Armor and over 200 Magic Resist. Even with all the armor pen and magic pen in the world, I should still be around for most of the fight. I've had instances where I would fight/kite from 2 or 3 foes, but they would do entirely too much damage. It's rather frustrating, but it's happened than more than one game.
Separately, the Death Screen Damage report is displaying wrong info. I don't know if this is because of the bug I am experiencing, or if it's a separate bug. I've had deaths where I can confirm only 2 or 3 damage sources, but the screen will say only 50%-70% damage killed me. It doesn't exactly help me figure out how much armor-magic resist the game is giving me.

against you, and you have your 200 MR/ARM. I build
and that puts me at about 780 AP (Rough estimate, but you get the point, I have hella AP and pen.)** I fire DFG, land charm, and let off a full burst**, and you should be dead. With my pen, you have about 85-95 MR (Basically** less than what a late game offtank has**), plus I'm dealing 20% bonus magic damage and getting bonus true damage from charm. In this case, it would be simple for an AP carry to burst you down in a matter of seconds. As for AD carries, I'm not sure what they're building exactly but it's possible for them to be doing about the same amount of damage with pen, over a somewhat longer period of time, with enough crit chance and
boosting that damage. Hope this clarifies the damage a little bit.
