My teammate was stuck in base

In the game above, our khazix was bugged and he could not get out of the base until he reconnects. Because of this, he was behind and ultimately costed us the game (we were coming back and illaoi literally 1v5ed and he was able to do so cause khazix failed to gank top with his level). I lost my series because of this and I find it really sad, please fix this bug. Kha'zix was "reconnected" when the game started.
