5.14 Walking through walls and flashing blue triangle

I was playing Sivir, and I was walking to bot lane. I was moving via minimap, and when I got to the tribush near the red side bot tower, I was checking the stats via tab. Suddenly, I was walking through the wall. I freaked out and right clicked, and suddenly I appeared where I clicked.

As for the blue flashy triangle, I was jungling with Warwick, and started at the Krugs. When I left clicked the big krug, I noticed that in the top left corner, where the info is displayed, that there was a long, scalene triangle appearing and disappearing when I auto attacked. This also occurred for every other thing that I left clicked before/while I was auto attacking.
