In-game Video Setting Bug (NEEDS FIX ASAP)

So I get into a game like any other, after champ select, my monitor goes black.., that means the game is going in fullscreen mode... WHICH btw I never had it set to, last time I used fullscreen was 3 years ago, not counting new account. So I was like "ok, I'll just switch it back in game". So when the game starts, it had me set to fullscreen 768p... according to my monitor. I open the settings it and it said, I was in windowed mode 720p.

So I was like "ahuh"... I decided maybe if I put it in fullscreen apply then I can switch it back. I do that and nothing happens, the game freezes like it will when you apply the settings but the game won't change it. It stayed in fullscreen but the option said i was in windowed.

I was like f-it, if i back out they WILL remake so im not gonna do that. I stay with it and try to fix the screen tearing with vsync... well.. vsync didn't work. I tried changing the resolutions, that didn't work either. I didn't test any texture settings. AAx didn't work.

I really hope this isn't a problem because I never thought this game had THAT many problems until the end of season 8... I have like 12 threads on here in the last week.. about all the bugs this game has.

I'm not going to uninstall and reinstall the game, I should not be recommended to use an external repair client to fix things any time there is a problem. That just means Riot isn't gonna address the issue.

This needs a fix asap BECAUSE of the fact that many players that are playing in fullscreen are having crashes which won't allow them to get off fullscreen and is forced to reboot the PC... BUMP THE HELL OUT OF THIS

Because people can't read... I have uninstalled this game too many times to "fix" issues and they never had been fixed. My PC is WELL above the requirements, mid-tier PC. No viruses, FRESH INSTALL Only chrome is on this PC

Check the application properties of "League of legends TM Client" and make sure that the "Run in [num]x[num] screen resolution" is unchecked

(go into practice mode, and right click the "game" application)

It would not hurt making sure that your GPU's drivers are up-to-date
