Reconnect Loop

So i can log into the server and all is fine. I can start up a game and get into champ select, but then when game starts to load up... nothing. I get disconnected and sent to the reconnect screen. I click reconnect and... nothing. Just an infinite loop. I tried re-installing... same thing. I then tried to do a total repair. it fails. Is there anyone else with this problem. If so how did you fix it?

I know you posted this a few days ago, but was wondering if this has been happening to you consistently. If so I have some follow up questions I would like to ask to hopefully figure out what is going wrong
