Error joining/reconnecting to the game

So i basically i started a blind pick, i picked rammus jg in champ select and the game was going to start. Then the game crashed and when i logged in again i couldn't reconnect and when i tried to start a new blind pick it said: You are not eligble to create a lobby for this queue. I also tried to join a coustom and it said "You cannot create a game because your already in a game." (I've tried to restart the game 3 times).I dont understand what to do and i cant start or join any game. It have been a solid 20 minutes right now. Maybe i need to wait until the game other ends? But still, i probably will get a ban just because i couldn't reconnect to the damn game. Does anyone have any tips if this happens again? Thanks if so! (Edit) It's been 40 min now and the clock is 11:50 am, i restarted the game once more and the client said it had some problems with ranked so it was disabled, but when i checked now all gamemodes were dissabled and i have no idea whats happening. I still cant join a game when i click confirm. [sg-janna]
