Sion still unable to stack manaflow if he dies before finishing stacking, even after the hotfix

in 2 of my last 4 games as Sion, I haven't gotten the full use of my Manaflow band. I understand this was in a hotfix a few days ago, though it seems to still be plaguing my boy :(
