Please Fix Remake

In my most recent game, our adc did not connect to the game until around 2:50 or so. Because they did reconnect, a remake was not available. However, the adc then disconnected again for the remainder of the game without leaving the fountain. We were forced to essentially play 4v5 from the start of the game to where it ended at around 29 minutes.

The remake system needs to be fixed, either extended to 5 minutes or still able to force a remake even if the person reconnects if they disconnect again. The way it is currently is damaging to the competitive integrity of ranked.
