Bug: Noctournes Spell Shield, and Thresh's Pull

So I was in a match with a friend, I was playing nocturne and he was Viktor. We were chatting in Skype and I used my spell shield to avoid Thresh's (blood moon skin, if it makes a difference) pull and noticed a very weird graphical glitch, this happened multiple times after I had noticed it and each time it was the same thing. I was wondering if anyone else has noticed this or has had it happen to them, I was just putting it out there to let riot know and see if they could fix it, or if they already knew about it. It's not a big error, but it definitely caused some laughs between my friend and I.
