Jayce Mercury Transformation and Game freezes for 1 second

When i'm playing Jayce and transform into MERCURY HAMMER mode, the game freezes for 1 second. it is annoying because i can not perform my full combo and i can not see where the enemy is using the skillshots. So many people are having this issue. When will rIOT fix this bug ?
