Ranked Bug
I was playing ranked and i was first pick and after i banned i picked alistar and changed ignite for exhaust and it wouldnt let me lock in i am playing the game now but you guys should investigate this

this happens all the time...and for like ever. Randomly you cant lock in the champion, happens in normal Q sometimes too. sometimes toggling champions will fix it so you can lock...just be sure you have your eye on the clock and dont accidently go syndra adc instead of sivir :P
