sion is bugged

i was playing a match of summoners rift as and i purchased . when i did this my Q and R stopped working. my W and E were both working fine. this has occurred more than once before in matches prior. please take a look into this as is one of my favorite champions but if this bug goes unfixed i will be unable to play him.
