Extremely disadvantegeous bug in game, where all healthbare were lokkes at full health

Of all the players in the game, it only happened to me. Also, I could not earn gold. Never knew my own, teammates or enemy health bars, they were just at «full health» all game. Could not last hit minions as well. Was an automatic loss in ranked.
