[GAMEPLAY] [CRASH] Lulu W crashes my game when i play as Kayn

Hey guys so i was playing kayn in a ranked game and as soon as i went to gank enemy lulu she W me and my game crashed. I didnt knew it was causing her W until it happened 3x again. i thought she was hacking but then i tried it in a custom with my friend and it was still happening. i swapped to teemo and it wasnt happening.
