You are supposed to get Hextech boxes if someone on your team gets a S rank, but now twice in a row I haven't gotten my box when someone on my team has gotten a S rank and I still have one to earn and I played champs that haven't earned a box yet...... This needs to be fixed and addressed.
You will only get a chest if you or someone in your premade gets an s. You do not receive chests from randoms getting an s
Me too, my teammates get S and I don't get anything. Please fix this.

Facing the same problem here..when I get an s-/s/s+ with a champion that I own and for the first time I don’t get chests and I have never been banned
You don't get boxes if you've been banned/chat restricted before
My account isn't getting any Hextech boxes since a while now. Even when I receive a S rating of game. I even have now 5 (x3 = 15 small keys) full keys but no hextech boxes.
Can someone help me?
I don't get box with ashe ,every time have S grade but no box..and i lose 4k ip ..and in my match history i see name from other player and his games..not my...any 1 can tell me how?
I have tried all possible combinations: queued with a friend who got an S and gotten an S myself on a master 5 champ. I never get a chest. I found around 25 key fragments but never a chest. Is there are reason for this? I feel like I'm being played into buying chests or something. Can someone shed some light on this?
You only get one when YOU get an S rank
If anyone in your premise gets a S- or above, you will get a chest IF you meet BOTH of the following perquisites; -You have at least 1 unlockable box remaining -You have NOT received a hextech chest with the champion you are playing (Even if you did not get an S that game)
i am also having the same issue, i have not got a chest in 2 months...yet ive gotten key fragments and i do get S-, S and still no chest

Im not getting any hextech boxes, RITO PLZ!!! I just got an S+ with Olaf (you can see it in my match history) , and i just bought him, i dint earn a chest with him ever, and also yesterday my friend premade got an S and didnt get a box!!!! WTF!!!!!
yeah, i have the same problem. But did someone find a way to fix it? its really annoying and i dont really want to remake an account...
before complaining check the following requirements:
do you have a chest available? was your team in a pre-made with you? is your honor locked for whatever reason?
if all those check out then this is in fact a bug that needs to be looked at.
you only get the box if you queued with them. If you didnt queue with them you wont get the box
WHY AM I NOT EARNING CHESTS?
There are a few reasons you might not earn a chest:
If you're playing a champion you don't own, you can't earn a chest.
If you do earn an S rank on a champion you don't own, allies in your premade group may still earn a chest through your achievement.
You may have already earned a chest with the champion you're playing.
You can see which champions you've earned chests with by hovering over their portraits in the Champions tab of your profile. When you earn a chest through a premade ally's S rank, the chest counts as though you earned it on the champion you played in that game.
You may have reached the chest limit for the week.
Your profile has four chest slots, and once you've filled them up you must wait until another chest becomes available. One chest slot opens up per week; you can see how many more days you'll have to wait in your profile.
You can't earn a chest in a game if you leave that game.
##You may have been punished by a behavior system recently, meaning you won't be able to earn rewards from Hextech Crafting.

I have gotten boxes while not in a group with someone and not getting a S rank.
You don't always get a box when someone gets an S. You have a chance of getting a box.
Also, you only get one box per champion per season.
I need keys. I got my boxes quickly but can't land keys if in party or good grade or play for 12 hours. Starting to think that's the catch. Buying keys. Starting to frustrated me. I have boxes can't open.
Yea the keys seems more like a problem than the boxes.... I wish I could get keys from doing ARAM's or something as well or they should up the drop rate a bit more I wanna say in my past 6 wins I have not seen a key :/
