[Practice Tool] Ryze can kill training dummies with Q 'spell crit'

Applying Spell Flux (E) on a training dummy in the practice tool, then landing a lethal Overload (Q) kills the training dummy.

Useful for stacking Mejai's (or Dark Harvest, for whatever reason), but inconsistent otherwise.
