Can't acess PBE..

I was accepted into PBE and was able to make an account on step 3, but on step 4 when I downloaded the PBE file and followed all the steps to make sure it doesn't mess up, it takes me to the regular North American Patcher (With the options to switch within regions.) I also cant log into the PBE discussion because it says I have to log in to my account first. I've had trouble with this for about a week now and I have already posted a discussion in help and support. http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/help-support/LJ6f3wgG-how-do-i-get-into-pbe-servers

I really want to be able to test out the new things and actually try out the new Zac skin. So please let me know as soon as possible. Thanks.

Hey penguinhedgehog,

The following are the steps to install the PBE client -

Download the Windows PBE client here.
Open "PBE_Client_Shell.zip"
Copy and paste the entire PBE folder anywhere on your PC except the directory you're using for your main League of Legends installation. Hosting the PBE files and the main League of Legends files in the same directory has been reported to cause problems.
Double click on "lol.launcher.exe" or "lol.launcher.admin.exe" to run the launcher and start patching.

Did you happen to accidentally install it in your main League of Legends directory? Or did you perhaps launch the live client.

If this all went successfully, you'll be able to launch the PBE client. It looks super similar to the live client, so take a look in the upper left hand corner, and you should see it say "PBE" as opposed to "North America" or another region.

In regards to not being able to log in to the PBE boards, is it possible the PBE was down for maintenance? Sometimes, the boards become unavailable during that time. Also, double check that you're using your PBE username/password, as opposed to the login information you'd use on your live account.

If you're still having issues after checking out the info above, please submit a Player Support ticket and we'll be able to troubleshoot with you a bit more to get you set up for the PBE!

extract the .zip file on your desktop it worked for me I just put them in a folder called PBE.
