[Gameplay] Mordekaiser and Titanic Hydra interaction

**[Gameplay] ** Mordekaiser has a couple of bugs when interacting with titanic hydra

Here's what I found

1. Mordekaiser's 3rd Q does not proc Titanic Hydra
2. Titanic Hyrda refuses to auto attack cancel when Mordekaiser is casting Q
