Ezreal's Q only proc 1 stack of fervor of battle
It says that an ability proc 2 stacks but Ezreal's Q only proc 1 stack of fervor of battle, is it intended or is it a bug?

Ezreal Q is considered an autoattack, and can apply on-hit effects, but doesn't apply spell effects.
Ezreal's Q is an ability, yes. However, because it triggers on-hit effects like an auto attack, when it comes to effects that can be triggered by both abilities and auto attacks, like Fervor of Battle, it will trigger them as if it were an auto attack.
