Flash bug

I'm in a Clash game right now, I have the rune Hextech Flashtraption, don't know what happened, but for some reason I can't use my flash no matter what, tried rebiniding the key, reconnect, it doesn't work and we're losing thanks to that:) pretty cool and not tilting at all
