Riot can you please make your predictions at least within a margin of 700% accuracy?

It's been ridiculous for me lately. I'm level 11 with average ELO. Yes it's a secondary account, i have a main which is 30. I'm not a real smurf. Just a silly name.

Why can't the predictions ever be less than the estimated? If you over-estimated wait times people would be thrilled instead of disappoined. Instead you feel the need to constantly lie about your queue times. I think my queue has been less than estimated about 2 times out of the 200 games i've played so far. Most other times it has been well over twice the estimation, sometimes a ridiculous 5-6x like this case. Almost 10x this last particular instance.

I get it... it's almost 4am EST, but why give me an estimation of 1:20 during dead hours...
