League of Legends is all messed up

I just downloaded this game about a month ago. I have had to read the terms of agreements almost every other time i play the game. Now the screen to the game is cut off and doesn't even give me a opportunity to click agree. So I can't even launch the game. For such a popular game I can't understand why you allow people to ruin it. Your programmers are obviously trying to end this game.. I can't wait til Heroes of the Storm comes out or any other game simular to this one.
