[Gameplay]Mordekaiser Ult problems

If you use your ult on Garen as he is spinning and kill him as he is spinning, it will bring him back as a ghost still spinning, it does do damage, and the spinning doesn't stop. Not sure if that is supposed to happen, but also not sure if it does it with other champs or not. Please respond Rito kthx.
