Fix the chat!

Whenever a match window opens, the chat window becomes non-userinteractable, and when a match is found, the chat window closes and everything inserted but not posted disappears.

When someone dodges a game (as they do), the chat window closes and everything disappears.

This is not neccesery. Make the match accept window separate. Some of us can actually multitask.
