[Gameplay] Lux E will become unusable in Butcher's Bridge

If you level up E while it is casted out, it will become unusable for the rest of the game. Tried re-logging and shutting down League completely but still didn't work. The spell just says, Unable to cast spell right now!, every time you try to cast.
