Lux bug where abilities are NOT hitting enemy champions

I'm a lux main and I know my abilities better than any other champion in league... Ive had this problem were sometimes my abilities dont hit at all! My bind hasn't hit and my ult hasn't hit super randomly. Like we are talking about dead on hits that just didn't damage or set off any shop item abilites (hexdrinker etc). It's happened a lot with my ult when I'm about to kill someone (example I had was ekko) and the ult just when right through him, no damage.... please look into! This was on summoners rift, legacy client.
