Definately not Dominion

I was playing Definitely not Dominion and it completely glitched out. Next thing I know, my friend's been kicked out of que and this is all I see. This isn't even the Definitely Not Dominion champ select screen. This isn't the first time the game has glitched out like this today, however we were able to continue gaming so we thought it was a one time thing that was already fixed.
