AATROX W BUG

If you're talking about the weird animation for blood thirst/price where it's meant to proc every 2 hits but does an ordinary attack animation, this bug has been here since the implementation of sated devourer. The 2nd attack will I think still perform the desired attack whether to heal or deal more damage but the animation itself takes on his normal auto attack animation. If it's his W not going off or going off in weird intervals then you're right, it's a new bug altogether.
