Cant Play at all [Error Code 1B]

Hello,

I just logged on and the play button is greyed out,

Here are the solutions I have tried and didn't fix the issue:

1. Re log (I tried this at least 6 times)
2. Run the client as ADMIN (still has grey play button)
3. make sure the game isn't running ( went through task manager to double-check and only the client is running.)

P.s Not sure what else to do.
