Jhin W Mark Bug.

I have had this bug for such a long time and i dont know why it isnt fixed yet. Sometimes usually later in the game 1 person on the enemy team has the W mark on the all the time wich could really effect the game when i use W and it doesnt root/snare. I play with the high noon skin and i dont know if the bug only is for that skin. :/
