[Gameplay] Wooglet's witchcap in summoner rift?

Something happened to me when playing on summoners rift. I was looking through my item set and found Wooglet's witchcap. I'll pin a screenshot. This is no Photoshop, or anything. The only way it happened, it's when I putted Wooglet's witchcap in my item set without realizing.
