[GAMEPLAY] Can't see champion animations or wards and fog of war gets weird for certain periods.

Randomly during games I will get some kind of weird bug/lag/glitch (idk what it is), where I will suddenly be unable to see spells, wards, certain movement, animations, and fog of war changes. There is no certain repeatable way to repeat it, except to just play the game. It's been happening in every game I've played in the last week or so, but never before that.

Plus at some random time after the bug appears, everything basically explodes and then it's fixed. Any solutions? Thanks
