[Client] Not returning rerolls on new client

Currently when you reroll a champion on ARAM and someone dodges you do not get your rerolls back. Whereas on the old client if someone else left the lobby your rerolls would be returned to you. This has been happening to me for the past few days I don't know if it just started happening.
