Excuse me riot, but I have been having problems with the game. I live in Hong Kong and I play on the NA servers. I seem to be unable to launch the game. Whenever I try, it says: RADS Error Could not connect to the http server... (and you get the rest of the message) I have uninstalled the game and wish to reinstall the game, but the download is does not seem to work for me. Other friends who live close to me has had similar problems. Please give advice Thank you in advance

There was a DNS issue earlier in the day which has been resolved - but unfortunately due to how DNS works, replication may take some time to hit your DNS server.
Right now there is a workaround available in using Google's Public DNS servers - please follow the instructions here which should help you get back up and running:

I'm having a bit different problem. i use a usb inernet dongle for connections. client launches perfectly when connected through wifi but doesn't when connected through the said usb internet dongle. Shows the rads error "can't connect to server blah blah""Any suggestions pls..
