Yasuo doesn't say his third Q dialogue while in mid E+Q

I realize now I put this in the wrong area on General Discussion first but only in his High Noon skin will he say his hasagi or aseryo quote, but not in default. I know this is miniscule but I love his quotes and his V/O. Im not sure about other skins, or what truly is even intended but just a headsup.
