Sona's power cord's don't stack properly

I have noticed that for a long time now, Sona's power cords don't stack the way they should. With Sona, every 3rd spell is supposed to let you release a power cord. Now, for some reason after casting a power cord, the next spell won't stack unless you had one stored. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I noticed that this started about 1 1/2 year ago or more. It's annoying and I hope that this is something that we can fix soon... Anyways anyone else that has experienced the same thing, please post something here to support this. Thanks, Sona 0P
