Updating League Isnt Working.

My Internet Is %100 Fine.. My CPU Runs preety well for League..

Ive Tried to reinstall x3 and Its been making me mad....

I've played a game before the Floria update and I couldnt even spawn in.. Hopefully i didnt get a Leaver Buster but please rito help me out..

I've paid alot of money into skins and etc, and this occurs. please send me info back asap..
