I found this when i saw it during a solo duo game that the Jhin flashed during his w. He can still root after W+flash. I tried it do the bug again in practice tool it can be done infinitely and EASILY.

His W doesn't say that it's a channel. It's an animation and yes, you can cancel it. You can't, say, flash during Lux ultimate even though that's also not a channel, but you can flash as Vayne while your E is in the air to reposition it, you can cancel Lee Sin's ultimate animation with a flash to change the direction, heck, you can even flash during the ground pound animation of Alistar's Q just before it hits the ground to reposition the knockup or flash at the end of a Yasuo E into the whirlwind around you Q. There are a lot of animation cancel combos like this. Simply put, I don't think it's a bug, though it might be.
