Game end but not really

Well I was playing a normal Wukong jungle and by chance it was pretty good (taking a miss fortune that was ulting in the jungle critters) when that suddenly (between the 25-30 min) i got disconnected, I quit the game, and I came back BUT I COULD NOT COME BACK because nothing showed up I was waiting in the lobby after we gave the login. I already disconnected the net and reconnected nothing works I wanted to try to contact some of those who played with me (not premades, only those who played with myself) but the match is not in my match history and so because of this I do not know their names or remember,just know that my team was a zyra an mf a malzahar and a yasuo against velkoz, lucian, draven, morgana and a gangplank. What da fuk happen ????
