[CLIENT] Every Time I Log In, Client Won't Load Properly

First of all, most of the time the updated client doesn't even load. I have to restart my laptop whenever I want the client to open. When it does open, I am having this bug where I log in, and the client starts to load, but the log in animations and music are still going and stay there. The play/home/profile/etc buttons appear but do nothing when clicked. The friends list doesn't come up either. I can't do anything. I have run the full repair numerous times and it usually does nothing. Every once in awhile it will fix for a short period, but that rarely happens. A week ago, I reinstalled the whole game and that fixed it for a few days, until the client started to not open again and then this started happening again two days ago. I'm at a loss as to what to do! Any help would be appreciated! Here's a picture of what it looks like after I log in.

Edit: This has nothing to do with the current login issues as I can log in fine, the client is just glitching.

RESOLVED: Figured out that there was a problem between the client and LoLReplay, and fixed it.
