Can't connect to chat, you may reconnect manually

After facing the issue of being unable to connect to the LOL server, I started having the issue of not being able to connect to the chat function of the game.

Currently I am unable to connect to the chats, can't chat in the game lobby or when in champion selection. Have also been unable to join parties in order to play with friends. I have tried multiple fixes and was so far unsuccessful.

It would be deeply appreciated if this could be fixed as soon as possible.
