Does the changes to masteries and spells working

Im not too sure on this but it might be a bug or they havent changed it yet but The New Stoneborn Pact does it work or has it being changed to whats new cause the changes dont look like they are present and the tool text hasnt being changed same with the other ablities so i was wondering if they have being changed yet so maybe make it clear if they have cause im confused whether to select them same with warlords and deathfire and the other items
