Why tf would riot sell skin + chroma + icon for only 300 tokens?? If the skin was included it would cost 1500-2000 tokens

You get an icon and chroma. You do not get the skin. You have to buy that.

It's crazy that people think they would give so many skins away for virtually nothing. 300 tokens for skin, chroma, and icon? That just sounds too good to be true. Despite the fact that it doesn't say it includes the skin. I guess people who aren't the best English speakers kinda get a pass when it comes to the wording

Might want to open up a ticket with Riot Support. If you explain that you're situation to them, they might be able to help.

Otherwise if they can't, you're gonna just have to roll with it and either buy the skin or hopefully get a High Noon Hecarim Skin shard down the line.
