Problem with Akali's Twilight Shroud

When Akali use her shroud game start stuttering. It happens only when vsync is on. And now the interesting part, problem looks gone when you use some items with visual effects such as dead man's plate or spellbinder. Changing video settings doesn't affect anything, my drivers up to date and game fully reinstalled. Turning vsync off is not the solution for me cuz game looks choppy af. My specs are: Gpu: gtx 1060 6gb Cpu: i5 7500 Ram: 16gb Win 10
