NOT SURE IF ALREADY ANSWERED

Yesterday, a friend of mine and I were playing ranked, which we won thankfully. This, however did not come easy. Early on, my friend and I suddenly stood in one place and could not move while farming. The bar at the top then said "attempting to reconnect". We were stuck unable to move as the enemy bot lane walked around at ease and killed us. Once we died, we were finally able to move when we respawned.
